how do i make a booking?

Please visit our 'BOOK' website page to make an in-salon booking. Mobile/bridal bookings can be made directly with LKJ Beauty - visit our 'CONTACT US' page.

DO YOU PROVIDE HAIR SERVICES?

Hair services are unavailable in our salon. There are multiple hair artists located within Sans Souci and surrounding areas. Feel free to contact us directly for referrals.

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY DEPOSIT?

All deposits remain NON-REFUNDABLE after securing a booking. Please refer to 'POLICY' page.

CAN I RECEIVE A CREDIT NOTE FOR MY DEPOSIT?

Unfortunately we do not provide credit notes for deposits. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please refer to 'POLICY' page.

HOW LONG WILL MY BOOKING TAKE?

Bookings run for approximately 45 mins-1 hour.

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING PRIOR TO MY BOOKING?

Good makeup application starts with a well prepared base. Please ensure you arrive at your appointment with a makeup-free face.

Please come prepared! Ensure you have a specific look in mind or have makeup inspiration photos at hand. I recommend selecting a look directly from our website gallery or instagram page!
