LKJ Beauty policy

An upfront payment of $70.00 is required to secure all bookings.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits can be transferred to another date if given 1+ week notice of any appointment changes. Please note this is also dependant on LKJ Beauty availability.

In the event a client does not attend or cancels their appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

The remaining balance for a makeup booking is to be paid on the day of your appointment. 

We accept:

• Cash
• Bank Transfer

EFTPOS is unavailable.

An additional fee of $40 applies to all appointments scheduled prior to 7am. 

An additional fee of $50 applies to all appointments scheduled on a public holiday.

• Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment.  
• All appointments must be attended alone. 
• If you are running late to your appointment, please notify us immediately.
• Running 10+ minutes late to your appointment results in an automatic cancellation and no deposit refund/transfer.

Please note:

• Mobile bookings cannot be made online. 
• Minimum of 3 people are needed to qualify for a mobile booking.
• An additional travel fee applies.
• A deposit is required to confirm mobile bookings.
• In the event of a mobile booking cancellation, the deposit remains non-refundable (this includes travel fee.) 
• Mobile booking payments are non-transferable.

Please note:

• Makeup Education Lessons cannot be made online. 
• Only 1:1 Lessons are currently available, no group lessons.
• All lessons take place in our Sans Souci salon.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm lesson bookings.
• Lesson bookings can be rescheduled with adequate notice.
• In the event of a no-show or last minute cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.
